In order to establish an appropriate rate for a specific project, the individual assignment needs to be assessed. For that reason, I would encourage you to submit a detailed description of the work to be translated including the type of text (technical, scientific, business, etc.), the length of the text, support material that may be provided, etc. After evaluating the project, you will receive a suitable rate.
